On Sunday, I became obsessed with finding a purple nail polish. I ended up with two plus a denim blue, but this shade went with both the outfits I was considering for Monday. This wasn’t exactly what I planned to wear, I was sort of in the process of changing when company started showing up, so! It’s cute enough. I liked it. Even if everyone thought I was 15.

I was actually shivering when I walked home in this. It was in the 60s. In JULY. This weather is messing with my head. But I adore this top and I’m always happen when I can wear it.

It was 57 when I woke up this morning. I mean, WHAT? I don’t care, I’m wearing a summer dress anyway. The shoes are probably too dark for the dress, though I like the cardigan, but whatever. It works. It’s too cool for sandals.

Jealous of your weather. Although it was like that here a couple of weeks ago. Alas, it seems the triple digits are here to stay (along with 95-degree nights, ugh!!)

57!? Degrees!? In July? Well ain’t that America!
It’s same old, same old here. Hot with a side of humid. Anytime I hear folks down here say the humidity doesn’t bother them, I pretty write them off as being prescription drug abusers and liars.
Anyhoo, the Leora dress with the Keds is about as apple pie Americana as it gets! Adorable!
